3D Scanning
Capture precise digital geometry from any physical part. Handheld and structured light scanning for components of all sizes.
CAD Modelling
Engineering-grade models from scan data or measurements. Suitable for redesign, fitment checks, and production-ready manufacture.
3D Printing
FDM printing in PLA, PETG, and engineering polymers. Functional prototypes, replacement parts, and low-volume production.
Reverse Engineering
Recreate accurate CAD models from worn, obsolete, or undocumented parts. When the drawing is lost or the part no longer exists on a shelf.

How a job works
Most jobs follow the same three steps. Straightforward from first enquiry to final delivery.
STEP 1
Send your brief
Describe the part or problem. A photo is enough to start. We'll respond within 24 hours.
STEP 2
We scan and model
Parts are scanned at our Melbourne workshop or on-site. Scan data becomes a clean, accurate CAD model.
STEP 3
Receive your files
Deliverables in STEP, IGES, STL, or print-ready format. Usually 3–5 business days.
